More commonly called a "prime" rib, the standing rib roast is where your ribeye steaks come from - but it makes a darn good roast too! These bone-in rib roasts, cut to range between approximately 4.5 to 5 pounds each, came from a pair of black Angus steers raised here on a mix of pasture rotation, hay we grew and harvested ourselves, and specially formulated feeds from our local feed store.
