Taking pre-orders for our March processing date. After dry-aging, beef will be ready to deliver by 4/9/2020. Our cattle are raised 100% on pasture, never confined, hormone and antibiotic free, and fed a small ration of non-GMO grain for marbling.
Buying in bulk allows you to eat tongue-to-tail, all the cuts proportional to 1/8th of a beef. Will include approx:
•17lbs ground beef
•6lbs of premium steaks (ribeye, strip, and t-bone)
•6lbs of common steaks (sirloin, and skirt, or swiss)
•13lbs of common roasts (chuck, arm, and sirloin)
